I am a Women's Empowerment Coach with a focus on spirituality & relationships. I am passionate about supporting women moving into their greatness using experiential tools, exercises and supportive coaching in healing old stories, embracing and BEing in the journey of spiritual health and wholeness, within themselves and with their relationships.

I have been in the helping field for 10+ years, trained as a social worker, Marriage & Family Therapist and now a Women's Empowerment Coach. I am passionate about supporting BABY BOOMER women in achieving:

The biggest lesson that I've learned in my journey was to understand the confusion within me FIRST rather than to seek happiness outside of myself. My spiritual journey has been my guiding force to be in a place now where I've been able to heal within and gain more clarity on how to be soulfully-inspired daily!
